Perfect L&D Gown! For reference I am 5’4 7 months pregnant and 204lbs, I ordered an XL and it fits so nicely! Not too long or short, everything feels covered nicely but is easily accessible for whatever the hospital staff might need. The buttons on the back feel super secure and love that they go all the way down so if for some reason the dress needs to come off completely they are able to do it quickly and easily without me having to do/move much. The fabric is stretchy and so soft/comfortable. I maybe could have went with a large, but feel like I have plenty of room to keep growing without giving up length with my belly.
